Askham Bryan College
Location – 3 Miles south of York on the A63 York-Leeds ringroad. YO23 3FR
A fairly flat and well drained course, first 4 fences are in a long galloping straight, slightly uphill into home straight.
This course is left-handed.
Charm Park
Location – Nr Wykeham, off A170, 6m SW of Scarborough. Yo13 9QU
A flat course and races are 3m1f; mostly well drained but can be sticky near 3rd (12th).

Dalton Park
Location – 5m NW of Beverly nr B1248 (exit 38, M62). HU17 7PW
The course is slightly undulating; going usually soft and sometimes heavy. Cross fence removed in 2014.
This course is right-handed.
Duncombe Park
Location – 1/2m SW of Helmsley off A170, 12m E of Thirsk. YO62 5EB
The course is set on a hillside with a sharp bend before stiff 350m yard uphill run in. Fences are portable and well built.
This course is right-handed.
Easingwold
Location – 14m NW of York, nr A19. YO61 3PS
A slightly undulating course with sharp bends particularly that one before the penultimate fence,
uphill finish in chute; fences variable; suits non-stayers; can be slippery on turns. Watering available when required.
This course is left-handed.
Heslaker
Location – 1m SW of Skipton, close to and signposted from A59.
An undulating course with very long downhill stretch between fences 6 (12/18) and 7 (13/19) and uphill from ditch; short run of 80 yards;
winners usually well up on inner from two out; first fence jumped four times; always well watered if required.

Location – 3m West of A1, South of Catterick. DL8 1NQ
An undulating stayers’ course, fences well built.

Hutton Rudby
Location – 4m West of Stokesley between A19 and A172. TS15 0JL
A sharp, undulating kidney-shaped course of almost three circuits, start is in a chute with first fence jumped once.
This course is left-handed
Witton Castle
Location – 5m W of Bishop Auckland nr A68, 12 miles from A1 (M) DL14 0DE
The course is level, all grass, set in the grounds of Witton Castle, runs around the lakes; good galloping course.
Watering available.
This course is right-handed.
Sheriff Hutton
Location – 10m N/NE of York, 4m west of the A64, turn right at mini roundabout in the village, and the course is 100yds on the left. YO60 7TN
A flat course, portable fences. Winning post situated on a chute off the bend that turns into the straight.
This course is left-handed
